The chakras are seven energy centers in our body.
Every chakra is connected to an organ, muscle, attitude and emotions.
Those energetic centers irradiate and support our body functions, therefore it is essential to have them balanced.
But lets start on the base chakra (Muladhara) the first chakra, we can find this center at the base of our spine ,connected to the Adrenals glands and sense of support.
But let me ask you a few questions first:

Connect to nature, Nature is the most powerful gift we have to rebalance Muladhara. Spend time in nature, breathing deeply, be present in the moment really observing the reality, immerse your self in the here and now.
Sit on the grass and bring your awareness to the connection you feel to mother earth underneath you, feeling the support that is always there for you.
Visualise a red light irradiating the base of your spine, keeping your full awareness to Muladhara.
Use essential oils like Cedarwood, Vetiver, Siberian fir, Arborvitae to diffuse or on your body, really connecting to the earth element.
Walk in nature mindfully, bringing your awareness to your feet and the connection with the earth, visualising growing roots from the feet down to the center of the earth.
