How to balance the sacral chakra

Are you wondering how to balance your Sacral Chakra?

Having a balanced energy system is very important for all our body functions.

All our stresses and our blockages are firstly manifested in the energy around our body and in a second moment if we don't act to rebalance our energy, they manifest in a physical form, creating densities like illnesses, pain or emotional blockages.

The chakras are seven energy centers in our body.

Every chakra is connected to an organ, muscle, attitude and emotions.

Those energetic centers irradiate and support our body functions, therefore it is essential to have them balanced.

In this post I will talk about the Sacral chakra (Svadhishthana) the second chakra, we can find this centre in the lower belly ,connected to the Reproductive system, urinary track and lower back. The sacral chakra is all about feelings, sensations and sexuality.

Let me ask you few questions:

Are you comfortable with touch?

Do you have difficulty with your sexuality?

Do you have difficulties expressing your emotions?

Do you feel numb?

Do you have difficulties expressing your creativity?

Do you find hard connecting to your femininity?

It is important to feel in touch with our emotions and innermost desire, therefore to move up in our healing journey we must be willing to feel and here is where we start.

Svadhishthana when balanced increase your creativity, feeling connected to the feminine within, allowing feelings, moving fluidly and freely, expressing yourself in an authentic way.

But how to start rebalance this important energy center in 5 steps?

  1. Dance, move your body freely, dance for yourself, dance for life! Put some music on and move your body however you feel like! There is no right or wrong, just a free expression of everything you are.

  2. Express your emotions, close your eyes, bring your awareness to your belly, connect within and observe how you are feeling, don't ask why you are feeling in a certain way just feel, and allow your emotion to rise to let go of them.

  3. Creativity, express your creativity in whatever way feels good to you!

  4. Use essential oils like Patchouli, Ylang Ylang , Cinnamon, Wild orange, Black pepper to diffuse or on your body, really connecting to your senses and sensuality.

  5. Self pleasuring, is not about just or only masturbation but it is a beautiful practise of self love. It can look like loving touch to your body, seducing yourself, dancing for yourself or creating a beautiful sensual space for you, let go of time and space and have a special date with the most important person of your life that is you!
